Join us while we explore heart health and healing on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels.

Stephanie will share evidence-based tools for heart health and healing including nutrition and movement, breathing techniques, journaling strategies, acupressure for self-care, qi gong, and herbal and essential oil recommendations. This 2.5-hour workshop is appropriate for all levels of heart health & healing, whether in recovery and rehabilitation from a major heart event, such as heart attack, or diagnosis of heart disease, or recovery from emotional heart break or loss, or even if your goal is preventive heart health or desiring to dive more deeply into your own heart.

The 3-month Heart Matters Intensive Group Cohort begins middle of May. (Read more on the LyonHeart Wellness website) The fee of this mini- intensive ($65) can be applied to this upcoming Group Cohort if you choose to join, or if you commit to one of the individualized Heart Matters programs by May 31, 2024, then you will receive $150 off the total price of the 3 month program, or $250 off of the 6 month program.
