Change is inevitable. Sometimes it arrives as a gentle whisper, and other times as a roaring storm. For me, adapting to change has been a lifelong practice—one that began in childhood through a series of relocations, family structure shifts, and countless transitions. I attended six elementary schools, three junior high schools, and one high school, learning early on how to adjust to new environments and relationships. Life continued to challenge and shape me through marriages and divorces, raising three children, career shifts, health challenges including navigating long-haul post-viral syndrome and several accidents, empty-nesting, and the profound losses of loved ones.
Not every transition was graceful, but each one deepened my understanding of resilience and transformation. Over the years, I have cultivated a wealth of tools and modalities that help me—and those I work with—move through life’s changes with greater ease, clarity, and empowerment.
